Pellet heating is one of the most cost-effective and eco-friendly ways to heat large spaces. However, Oxi Trade operates in a niche B2B market where dealers already have trusted suppliers and little motivation to switch.
 
Moreover, end customers rarely make heating decisions themselves—they rely on dealers’ recommendations. Expanding the market is also challenging, as pellet burner adoption is driven purely by financial feasibility.

Our goal was to differentiate the brand in a crowded, commoditized market, build a compelling platform, and create a brand voice that speaks effectively to both dealers and end users.
